I am an experienced handwriting tutor and have specialised in transforming illegible handwriting into easily readable scripts. Also, I have substantial experience in supporting children and young people with their academic progress, within Primary and SEN schools – including an Ark School.
I joined Learning Bugs Tutoring in 2024 and have successfully delivered the Morrells’ Handwriting Programme for a wide variety of students from KS 1 to KS3 through online and face to face sessions . The programme has a holistic approach and looks at the physical aspects of writing as well as the actual writing activity itself. Without exception, all the students I have taught have made tremendous progress and their writing has been transformed as well as being much easier for them to keep up in class.

I have a patient and warm personality, allowing students to feel comfortable to share any doubts or challenges – to find solutions to improve – together. I genuinely love teaching and I strive for children to feel confident and challenged whilst continuing to enjoy the learning process.
I am always impressed by my students’ progress and the results they achieve, by the end of their handwriting journey (which always seems to come around too soon!). I am thrilled when they realise that they can keep up in class, writing doesn’t hurt and that their writing looks nice and can be easily read.
